Holiday Movie​

Join your classmates for a Christmas movie! We will be watching Red One (PG-13) at the AMC East Hanover 12 Theater. Tickets provided by the HSA and concessions will be available for purchase. Please RSVP on the Holiday Movie tab in the Menu.
SVMS 8th Grade Tradition: In late April, individual and class photos are taken in front of the beautiful spring-blooming tree. Students are required to wear jeans and white shirts. Date to be confirmed once the tree is in full bloom.

Final Day of Exams

8th graders will be treated to Mister Softee to celebrate their last SVMS final!
Rocking Horse Ranch
6/3 All Day
In celebration of SVMS graduates, 8th graders annually travel to Rocking Horse Ranch (RHR) a 65 year-old, family-owned ranch in Highland, NY. Students arrive at 7:45am at SVMS and return approximately 5:30-6pm.
Baccalaureate Mass

Post Baccalaureate Party

Join us at the Archer Hotel in Florham Park, parents and graduates only, from 6:30-8:30pm. Dancing, Buffet, and Drinks! Please register by May 15th in the menu tab.
Yearbook Signing
6/4
8th graders will have their classmates, faculty, and school friends sign their yearbooks. This event takes place during school hours.
Retreat
6/5
Father Owen and the 8th graders will spend Thursday, 6/5, in the beautiful St. Vincent Martyr Church for their final Retreat. Students will start the day with breakfast supplied by the 8th-grade graduation committee. Sister Noreen & Miss. Gisoldi will treat the kids to a Chick-fil-A lunch.
Clap In and Final Bow
6/6 9:00am
Children will arrive at school at 9:00 AM and be welcomed with a school-wide Clap In. Families are invited to the gym to watch the 8th-grade slideshow, followed by the Final Bow.
Graduation Ceremony
6/6 5:30pm
